Sotai

Sotai is a Japanese therapy that balances the muscles, to help correct problems with posture and release stiffness or pain.

Working from the feet to the head, I use a series of gentle exercises which gradually decrease imbalances and areas of tightness.

What benefits can it bring?

How many sessions will I need?

Many people have regular sotai to help maintain overall good health. If you have a specific problem to be helped, I will regularly review with you how you feel you are progressing. Long term conditions can take longer to improve, but every one is different and some times progress is seen more quickly.
